John Gramse is an Ohio Native. He moved to Savannah in 2006 to appreciate a more gentle climate. His background has been business his entire life. He owned a food distribution business that involved most of North America and Mexico.  He has invested in Real Estate from farms, housing developments,commercial and residential properties. He has knowledge of good building practices and identifying value in homes and investments. Client satisfaction is my priority.
John also holds Insurance licenses in Property, Life, and Annuities.
